Cancellation Policy

Please call 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations and No Show appointments made after the 24 hour grace period will be charged $40 dollars, No Call No Shows will be charged in full. We respect your time and will do everything we can to help you reschedule. Please call ahead so we can avoid having to charge you a fee.

Late Arrival Policy

All appointments will be charged full price regardless of clients arrival time.

In order to honor each appointment on time we adhere to each scheduled time strictly. In the unfortunate event that you cannot arrive on time but still arrive within your scheduled time slot you will be given all minutes that are still left available in your scheduled session.

Right of Refusal

Blue Tree Body Works LLC, has the right to refuse any client or potential client for any reason they feel puts the therapist or client in harms way. This includes but is not limited to those who are impaired by alcohol or drugs, have infectious illness, push for treatment outside the massage therapist scope of practice, or behave inappropriately. If your massage therapist finds during a session that any of this is true without your disclosure, your session may be stopped immediately and you will not be refunded for this session.
